This is a classic New England Maritime House with over 200 years of history.
It is in the beautiful, safe and quiet Oxford Village area on a jut of land extending into the harbor.

Harbor views and wonderful surrounding homes.
Will need a car to be... able to drive to UMASS Dartmouth

This is a shared house situation.
2nd floor is rented to students, usually two, with each paying half of unit total of $1400
If one student, then rent is $1200.

2nd Floor has 3 rooms which can be used as bedrooms, living room, walk-in closet; with private full bath
There is a private entrance to 2nd floor
Land lord uses 3rd floor with back entrance.

Utilities and rent are paid in advance for each semester (4 months)
Security deposit needed.
