Bedrooms are available for professors or responsible grad students in a very quiet, historic Victorian home, in a safe neighborhood. Each bedroom is for one person only and cannot be shared with another student or significant other. Pets are not allowed.

Roommates live in a family atmosphere along with access to entire house and facilities. High Speed Internet WiFi provided at no additional cost. We have had grad students and professors for many years sharing this property and they have enjoyed the peace and quiet of the home, and secure atmosphere for study and relaxation. Linens and towels are provided along with once a week housekeeping service for each bedroom as part of the rent. Owner also lives at the house.

Property is a 10-15 minute walk to UMD's Visual Arts Center shuttle bus to main campus in Dartmouth or the city bus line which runs to the campus.

Occasional guests are allowed but must be cleared with the property owner first.
