The space
The living space has an open, newly renovated kitchen and living room with an island for dining and a couch with... ample sitting space.

The first bedroom has a queen bed and a closet with a hanging bar.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed that has a twin bed over a full-size mattress and a twin trundle below. This can be changed at the request of the tenant.

There is a modular couch in the living room that can be arranged into a sleeper for guests.

The house has a washer/dryer unit and dishwasher.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern gas range stove and microwave.

The house rests on a quiet street. The backyard has a fire pit area and an outdoor shower to easily get the sand off after your beach visit. There is a roof-top observation deck with farm and ocean views. The backyard abuts quiet farmland.

Landscaping completed June 2024, now there is a backyard with professional landscaping where you can entertain or take in sun privately.

The Area
The Bayside Restaurant is at the end of the street and is only a two minute walk from our front door. Across the street, you'll be able to walk to the Allen's Pond Audubon Society trail and the rocky Westport Town Beach. Horseneck Beach is a short drive (or bike ride) away.

The area is full of quaint villages to explore from Little Compton to New Bedford. There are countless farms with farm stands on the road to buy fresh vegetables or farm fresh meat from.

*Mini Split wall unit for air conditioning/heat is in the main living room. The bedrooms and bathroom are heated by mini splits, which is paid for by electricity.
