The home features an open, recently renovated kitchen and living area designed for comfortable day-to-day living. The kitchen includes an island suitable for dining or workspace, and the living room offers ample seating.

The first bedroom includes a queen bed and closet with hanging storage. The second bedroom includes a bunk configuration (twin over full with an additional trundle), offering flexible sleeping or storage options. This room can be adjusted based on tenant needs.

A modular couch in the living room can be configured to accommodate occasional guests.

The home includes an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and microwave.

Outdoor & Property Features

Located on a quiet residential street, the property offers a private backyard with professional landscaping completed in 2024, a fire pit area, and an outdoor shower. A rooftop observation deck provides views of surrounding farmland and distant ocean views. The backyard abuts open farmland, contributing to a peaceful and private setting. We installed an 800 square foot patio in Spring of 2025 which has a table with an umbrella and chairs.

Local dining is within walking distance, and the property is a short drive to UMass Dartmouth, Horseneck Beach, and surrounding towns including Dartmouth, Little Compton, and New Bedford.

The area is well suited for year-round living, particularly during the fall and winter months, offering a quieter coastal environment with access to walking trails, natural landscapes, and everyday amenities.
