Old New England House with Colonial Charm, set up simply, located just outside of historic Russells Mills Village in South Dartmouth, set up as a two bedroom with 2 floors. It has 9 rooms including a kitchen, dining room, living room, office and/or... non-messy work spaces, and laundry. There is also an entryway, pantry, 1½ bathrooms, plenty of closet space, and a back porch facing west. It appears spacious inside for a small New England Cape, with painted trim and shingled sides and roof.
The house is set up to be chemical free and environmentally friendly. This makes it suitable for chemically sensitive residents. All cleaning and laundry supplies are provided to accommodate this goal. Avoidance of natural environmental hazards like dust and mold are not the specific goal, but the house is freshly painted with low or no VOC products, clean and not at all mildewy.
This is not a rental with all the modern conveniences. There is no dishwasher and supplied with cooking implements, utensils and dishes.
