Furnished House - short term rental – by semester or possibly the school year: Perfect for those who care about the environment, or have chemical sensitivities.

Old New England House with Colonial Charm, located just outside of historic Russells... Mills Village in South Dartmouth. Small New England Cape appears spacious inside, with painted trim, shingled sides and yard.
The house is set up to be chemical free and environmentally friendly. This makes it suitable for chemically sensitive residents. All cleaning and laundry supplies are provided to accommodate this goal. The inside is painted with low or no VOC products.

Two bedrooms - one with queen, one with full bed
2 floors, 9 rooms including a kitchen, dining room, living room, office and non-messy work spaces, and laundry. There is also an entryway, pantry, 1½ bathrooms, plenty of closet space, and a back porch facing west.
No dishwasher

House Rules:
No smoking inside the house.
No scented air fresheners, laundry or cleaning supplies(safe ones are provided) or chemical cleaning products. (Chemicals are harmful to the health of owners, other renters, and the environment.)
Cologne or Perfume may not be sprayed inside.
No open flames. Fireplace is not functional.
No pets.
No large parties, although socializing and dinner parties are fine.
Keep house clean or we can have it cleaned for an additional fee.
