Room for Rent

Hi, I am a 28 year old female working professional and online student at SNHU looking to fill an empty bedroom in my 3 bedroom 1 bath home for another fellow student/working professional/new grad. The bedroom will be unfurnished though I thought it... best to leave the furniture in for the pictures to help you get a scope of how big the room is. The couch is 90" long.

Included in the room is a mini-split heating and A/C unit (so you can control the temperature as you please) and all utilities will be included in the rent.

Shared spaces include kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, laundry (not coin-op), outdoor patio and fenced in backyard.

Looking for a roommate (female preferred) who is sober, clean, quiet, likes cats, doesn't have many visitors (though we can talk about it!) and is LGBTQ+ friendly. If you have a pet or ESA, please contact me for more details about your pet- I am open to pets, but I need to meet them first and have a conversation with you about them before anything else.

A little about me: I work nights so you would have the home to yourself during the afternoons/evenings. I volunteer at Lighthouse Animal Shelter when I can, I am an artist who can't pick one medium for her life, love to read and love to play games with her friends in her free time (board games and video games alike). I am not 420 or tobacco/vape friendly, sorry.

Rent is negotiable. If you prefer a lower rent and no utilities included, let's talk about it. Everything is open for discussion, please do not hesitate to reach out and ask any questions, I'll be happy to answer as many as I can. I hope to hear from you soon.
