The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a very large center chimney colonial house on Silverbrook Farm. It was renovated in 2002 and has modern electrical/plumbing & heating. You will walk through our living space to access the apartment. There... is a living room/dining area, a separate bedroom and bath, a large closet and additional storage space. There is no kitchen, though there is plenty space for a refrigerator and microwave. Additional kitchen appliances may be approved on a case by case basis. Kitchen privileges on the first floor of the house may be negotiated with the owners. You have access to our patio and the gardens surrounding the house. A washer and dryer are available for your use at a cost of $5.00 per load. $2.00 per load if you use the clothesline to dry the clothes. NO SPACE HEATERS ALLOWED. Parking on our farm is included with the rent. Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime is also included in the rent. If you wish and are a good worker, there may be opportunities to work off the rent by doing chores on the farm. We are only looking for one relatively quiet tenant. While your guests are welcome, daily guests are not. Guests should vacate the premises by 8 PM. These rules could be relaxed once we get to know each other and build trust. We are a gay couple, both professionals working from home. We have one small dog and a cat. Both are friendly.
