Cost Per Room/Per Person is $850.0 Standard size room (ONE person per room). Looking to fill THREE bedroom with one person per bedroom on the 1st floor apartment with Male Grad students and 2nd Floor Female Grad Student. Queen bed; desk; chair;... closets and chest draw are included. We have TWO room available for grade students (one person per room).
This is a Three Bedroom Apartment-Furniture; UBD bus Route, 2 blocks-Walking distance to Bus Line, T-Station close by, Museums, Theatre, Restaurants, Utilities are included and free Internet; NO Parties; NO Smoking (NO VAPING) of any Kind (FIRM): NO Pets of Any Kind (FIRM). Dining Table Set; Living Room chair -set; Washer/Dryer. Window AC available with additional cost during summer months. Common Area cleaned by outside service once month to maintain COVID-19 cleaning at no Cost. It is important that each individual due their part by whipping dawn their bedroom area daily and commit to doing a full cleaning in their room on weekly basis and maintain common area cleaned at all times. Apartment must be returned cleaned in same manner as given (FIRM).
