Originally from Providence, Will spent most of his schooling years growing up in Seekonk, MA and was drawn back to Providence immediately after college graduation. He attended Bishop Feehan High School in Attleboro, MA, and studied at St. Michael's College (VT) and the University of Connecticut, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Before joining the real estate world, Will had spent the entirety of his professional career in the small business world. Originally starting as a laborer he quickly rose up the ladder to become Vice President of his family’s heavy construction and asphalt company, Sherry Construction Corporation. In his late 20s Will opened his own locally sourced grocery store/coffee shop in the Fox Point neighborhood of Providence while simultaneously helping his wife open The Green Crayon preschool in Seekonk. These ventures, successes, and failures have provided him with a deep understanding of all aspects of business and of the mindset necessary to succeed. From the very beginning of his real estate career Will has achieved great success receiving the Greater Providence Board of Realtors "Circle of Excellence" award each and every year. A student of the market, he loves to dig into the trends of the local markets to find potential opportunities for his clients. He looks forward to the challenges of the ever-changing real estate landscape and helping clients buy their dream homes, find convenient rentals, and sell their current homes. Whether a first time home buyer or a downsizing empty nester he has the expertise to make transactions as seamless as possible. Will exudes great patience during the sometimes stressful process, builds an amazing rapport with everyone he works with, and maintains excellent communication from start to finish, all while remaining upbeat and enthusiastic through the buying and selling process. As a long-time resident, Will has in-depth knowledge of every neighborhood in Providence as well as great insights into almost every historic city and town of Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts. He and his wife, Jennifer, currently reside in Rumford with their Labradoodle, Huckleberry, and a backyard pond filled with koi fish.
