Sitting area with couch and chair available adjacent to bedroom. ... Share bathrooms with owner. Tub with shower. Use of two small porches, outdoor grill and outdoor table and chairs is allowed. WiFi included. 12 -15 minutes to Umass by auto. Near Mass Shuttle bus and near bus line.
Owner is retired and on site and has accommodated students for several years. They have become friends and stay in touch often!
