It has a beautiful screened porch for studying on those warmer days. There is a private back yard and a... private association beach just a minute walk at the end of the street. It is also close to the bike path! This adorable house is fully furnished and is equipped with a washer and dryer! Also has new new granite countertops and a tiled bathroom.
